WEB

You can run with the web, too

If the app is the field, the web is the big-screen lounge. Tap to open

There's a certain joy in running with your phone and savoring it later on the web. RunnerOn Web is a companion you enjoy on a big screen with the very same app account. And plenty of it works with no login at all — try it right now.

These live in the app

Setting up device sync (Samsung Health · Apple Health), creating crews or challenges, and attaching photos are the app's job. The web is where you review, share, and plan.

Signing up takes three seconds with Kakao — on the web too. After that, run wherever suits you.

App Download · Running Reward Economy

“A participatory running reward economy where benefits build up the more you run.” Join challenges and earn brand perks and partner rewards for the distance you run — that's the running reward ecosystem.

  • RunnerOn is free to download on Android (Google Play) and iOS (App Store).
  • Once installed and signed in, you can use records, crews, challenges, and rewards right away.
  • Sign-up happens in the app. (The web is a companion view.)

How to Connect a Smartwatch

RunnerOn doesn't track runs itself — it syncs with Samsung Health (Android) and Apple Health (iOS). Pick your device below and we'll walk you through connecting it step by step. Run with your Galaxy Watch, Apple Watch, Garmin, Suunto or COROS and every run flows into RunnerOn on its own.

The steps are the same for any watch
  1. Tap [Connect Watch] at the bottom of the app, then tap [Continue].
  2. Pick your watch, tap [Connect], and sign in with that watch app's account.
  3. Turn on 'Historical data' and tap [Agree].
  4. When you see 'Your account has been successfully', you're all connected.

If you skip step 3, your past runs won't come over. This is the most commonly missed step.

Pick your brand below for the parts that differ slightly.

Samsung Health Auto-sync
  1. On Android, RunnerOn syncs automatically with Samsung Health — it doesn't track runs itself.
  2. RunnerOn app → Settings → 'Device connection' → pick 'Samsung Health' to connect (allow permissions).
  3. Runs recorded in Samsung Health from your Galaxy Watch or Galaxy phone flow into RunnerOn automatically.

Note This is the default sync on Android. Any run that reaches Samsung Health is imported, whatever device recorded it. One connection at a time — to switch devices, disconnect first.

Apple Health Auto-sync
  1. On iOS, RunnerOn syncs automatically with Apple Health — it doesn't track runs itself.
  2. RunnerOn app → Settings → 'Device connection' → pick 'Apple Health' to connect (allow Health app access).
  3. Runs saved to Apple Health from your Apple Watch or iPhone flow into RunnerOn automatically.

Note This is the default sync on iOS. Any run that reaches Apple Health is imported, whatever device recorded it. One connection at a time — to switch devices, disconnect first.

Garmin Auto-sync
  1. RunnerOn app → Settings → Device connection → select 'Garmin'.
  2. Sign in with your Garmin Connect account (if you don't know the password, reset it first via [Forgot Password?] on the sign-in screen).
  3. On the permission screen, turn on the 'Historical data' toggle and select [Agree].
  4. Once connected, runs recorded on Garmin sync to RunnerOn automatically (past runs come over gradually).

Note Turning on the 'Historical data' toggle pulls in past runs from up to two weeks back. It can take time to appear, and reconnecting several times after you've finished can actually cause runs to be missed — so connect once properly and wait. For the detailed, screen-by-screen steps, see the 'Garmin Past Data & Password Recovery Guide (PDF)' below.

  2. Just connect 'Samsung Health' once in RunnerOn app → Settings → 'Device connection' — there's nothing to do on the watch itself.

Note Once Samsung Health is connected, Galaxy Watch runs sync automatically.
